Fire Cleansing Ritual by Urban Release is a transformative wellness new moon ceremony designed to harmonize the mind, body, and spirit through a curated selection of holistic therapies.
This enchanting event harnesses the power of the new moon to facilitate deep healing, self-reflection, and personal growth by letting go of the old and embracing the new.

Why the new moon

The new moon marks the beginning of a new lunar cycle, and it’s the most powerful time of the month to actively consider what we want to manifest for the rest of the month – and ultimately, the rest of the year and the rest of your life.
Therefore, it’s a great opportunity to set our intentions and vow to be focused and put in consistent effort.
But we can’t ask and expect new things to come into our lives without letting go of everything holding us back and releasing what no longer serves us.
Both physically and mentally.

How will we spend those 3 hours together?

In a peaceful and beautifully decorated space with items corresponding to the four elements – fire, water, earth, and air – we will all sit in a circle around our sacred space on yoga mats.
The first thing that is always very important for me when I open any event or circle is to get to know each other.
We will continue by letting go of the negative through a fire ceremony, setting our new intentions, and finding out a mantra.
Shortly after we will go into a deep guided meditation followed by shamanic breathing.
The last two therapies of the evening are the ice bath and Lucia Light – a hypnagogic light technology that uses solid and flickering light to induce an altered state of consciousness, which seeks to promote well-being.

Our Fire cleansing holistic ceremony’s goal is purification, renewal, and spiritual growth through the transformative power of fire.
