Important

1. Please dress casual and comfortably as part of the event will be on the grass area.
2. This is not a yoga event however please take a yoga mat and bigger towel with you and/or a blanket. It will be used during the experience you will be sitting more comfortably on the grass. 
3. We love children however it is not recommended to bring them with you because during meditation, and breathwork the place has to be very quiet.
