I have been a Dubai resident for almost 10 years and even though I left the corporate world a while ago and lately I am more focused on my learning and development programs  & social media content creation, my core is events. I planned and executed all type of events in 8 countries for the last 20 years and I never stopped.

After leaving Germany in 2015, nowadays I am blessed to live in one of the most amazing cities in the world and since I have such a wonderful Romanian community on TikTok I designed together with Daniela a program where we have the chance to connect, engage, visit some beautiful Dubai spots, indulge with great arabic cuisine, do a little bit of networking and essentially have a fabulous unforgettable time. Together.

Daniela, my business partner, has been living in Dubai for the past 13 years and is a passionate traveler with 9 years of experience in the aviation industry. In 2019, she transitioned into the personal development and wellbeing space, focusing on coaching in lifestyle, nutrition, and self-development. Today, she runs her own company, delivering training programs across the Middle East, helping organizations empower their employees through leadership development, soft skills, professional growth, and wellbeing workshops.

Even though we call DUBAI home for a long time, we are still connected to our country – Romania. And we would love to offer you this experience.

Because this is what we are all looking for – wonderful experiences to create long lasting memories.

We are not a travel agency but we are well versed in organizing events and we would like to give to our Romanians a taste of the authenticy of the Arabic culture while having a lot of fun – something that a travel company will not do as their approach is more commercial and standard.

This 5-star hotel is modern and contemporary, with exciting dining and recreation options only a few steps from the stunning Arabian Gulf beaches. All of our 297 rooms have balconies and free WIFI, in addition to partial sea views from some rooms and suites. The hotel is only 30 mins drive from Dubai International Airport and also offers a large swimming pool, wellness center, and fitness center. Modern meeting, conference, and banqueting facilities are available for event planners and corporate clients.

Situated in Dubai’s Jumeirah Beach Residence walking distance from the public beach, Marina Promenade, Marina Mall, DMCC Metro station, tram –  the modern hotel is located on JBR The Walk. 

What is NOT included

Flight Ticket

Shuttle or any transport other than the airport or scheduled activities.

Single rooms. The accommodation is based on sharing. We can arrange single occupancy but for a higher rate.

Any other expenses besides the activities.

Desert Safari alcohol, ATV ride

Responsibility of losing your personal belongings 

IMPORTANT

Please bring euros/dollars and do not change in the airport. There is an Al Ansari Exchange a few minutes away from the hotel and they offer better rates

SIM Cards can be bought in the airport, supermarkets specialized store

Please note that in Dubai you can wear anything you want.

Dubai it’s a very friendly place with common sense rules for everyone 

I do not recommend buying souvenirs from The Walk, Madinat Jumeirah or any other tourist locations. They are triple the price. I can take you to cheaper places. 

Don’t forget your sunglasses, swimwear, sunscreen and bring a hat as well.

There are a few supermarkets close to the hotel. I will include them in the orientation map I will provide.

Hotel occupancy is based on sharing not on single rooms. 

EXPERIENCE COST

Early Bird until Oct 27 – 1,699 Euro – 900 Euro deposit until this date (recommended)

Payment until Nov 10 – 1,869 Euro – 950 Euro deposit until this date

Last Chance! – 2,000 Euro – To be paid full (I don’t recommend this options as there might not be rooms available at the hotel)

For the ones that paid the first installment by Oct 27 or Nov 10, the last installment should be paid by Nov 22
